I already got the idea for "Edition J" some time ago. My intention is to make my whole Tangerine Dream catalogue permanently available again in a non-periodic way, bit by bit.
The "Edition J" series will contain my respective titles of all the individual Tangerine Dream albums as new remasters (Some tunes are now almost thirty years old and have never been revised). Additionally there will be a lot of alternative versions, demos etc. on every release.
I would like to emphasize once again that these are not new recordings, but remastered new editions.
For now, there are no plans for a physical release, sorry.
Some more facts:
- 'Rockoon' was nominated for the Grammy as 'Best New Age Album 1992', and it reached both the Top Ten in Billboard New Age charts and the Top Twenty in Billboard Jazz charts.
- 18 pieces of music, carefully remastered from the original files for the first time since its first release back in 1992 (added more punch, crispness & stuff to the tunes).
- PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED versions!!
- No shipping, waiting, postal charges! Load all the tracks instantly to your favorite device! (Brexit & Corona safe!)

Botanique Orangerie Session 2022

When attending this particular gig at Botanique, I tried to record the Session track on video, which got a lot of positive response on YouTube. However, I did not manage to record the full length of this entrancing track. Discovering the full length of it in high quality rendering made me jump of joy! The gig itself was a bucketlist item checked, but this release is the cherry on the cake. Long live Tangerine Dream!
